How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 working days. Orders are dispatched via 24 hour courier at a flat rate of £7.95 per address. Please contact us to check stock levels if you would like an urgent/next day/2 day delivery. We require a signature upon delivery so please ensure someone is indoors from 8.30am to 6pm to sign for your gift. In some circumstances you are able to collect the item(s) from our London office - please contact us for more details.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout mainland UK. If you would like to send one of our non-perishable hampers internationally, then please contact us for a shipping quote.

What are the methods of payment?
We accept all major debit/credit cards online. Please contact us if you would like to pay via BACS/CHAPS/Bank transfer.

Can I deliver to more than one recipient?
Yes, if you would like to send several hampers to different address, please email the details to sales@Halal-Hampers.com. Please note there is a seperate courier charge for each seperate delivery.
Do you accept Corporate Orders?
We will be more than happy to send a token of appreciation to your clients. We can create bespoke hampers to add a more personal touch to your gift. We can also send hampWe deliver throughout the UK. How can I add a personal message?
You can add this when you add your item to the card. Not to worry if you have forgotton or undecided, we will contact you via telephone/email to finalise the details of your order.
